She understands that thoughtful planning, clear communication, and anticipating potential conflicts are essential to protecting her clients' interests and avoiding disputes before they arise.

Rhea's path to law was shaped by her early career working with deaf and hard of hearing individuals as a certified sign language interpreter and advocate at a social services agency. After witnessing how the law, when paired with effective communication and accessibility, can directly empower people to protect their rights and achieve their goals, she was inspired to pursue her legal career.
A proud graduate of San Joaquin College of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review, Rhea also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors in Communicative Disorders from Fresno State. During law school, she externed at the Fifth District Court of Appeal, gaining valuable insight into appellate practice. After graduation, she honed her skills at a prominent Visalia law firm, representing individuals, corporations, and public entities in complex legal matters.

In 2022, Rhea realized a long-held dream by opening her own practice in her hometown of Reedley. Her goal is to provide efficient, client-centered legal services that make the law less intimidating and more accessible. She takes a calm, conscientious, and individualized approach to each client's unique needs, drawing on her litigation experience to create estate plans and business strategies that address potential issues before they become problems.
When she's not serving her clients, Rhea enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Central Coast, and traveling to discover new cities. She values the opportunity to make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.
